This is a women's lightweight hooded travel jacket with its own carry bag also known as a pac-a-mac, perfect to stow away at the bottom of your bag.  It zips up the front and has a drawstring hood and waist if you want to shape it.  Its made in a lightweight silky feel fabric and is machine washable.
