How can I return items?

Unwanted orders must be returned by post or courier at the customer's expense.

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost.

If you are returning your item under the Consumer Rights Directive, we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt at the specified returns address.

We aim to refund you within 2–4 days after we receive and process your return.
