How can I return items?

Unwanted orders must be returned by post or courier and the cost of delivery is payable by the customer. 

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the product. 

 
To return an item, please use the returns address label provided on the parcel order slip, attach securely to the parcel and return by courier or Royal Mail. Please obtain a Post Office receipt as proof of postage (or your courier receipt).  

If you are returning your item in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt to the Specified Returns Address.

We aim to refund you within 2-4 days after we receive and process your return.

Will any return costs be refunded?

Unwanted orders must be returned by post and the cost of delivery is payable by the customer.


If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, subject to our inspection on return, we will refund the delivery charge incurred in sending the item to you and for returning it to us using a standard delivery (not premium or next day express) service.. 

We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you. 

Please note: we are not responsible for your choice of garment/s - we take great care to ensure our descriptions and photos are accurate and to assist you with your choice if you wish. 


Where is my order?

Log into your account to see current order status and tracking details.  If you did not create an account, look for our auto update emails in your email Inbox, we send full despatch and tracking details.  Please take into account local weather conditions and Public or Bank Holidays at busy times of the year which can slow down delivery times.

Despatch details are emailed to you, if you cannot access the email, please email outlet@davidbarry.com.

Just put the number into the search box at top right on the homepage and it should take you straight to it.
